Technical Trend Analysis of Modified Atmosphere Preservation Machine
Modified atmosphere preservation technology has been studied in China since the 1990s, and technology development has been carried out in accordance with national conditions. However, there is still a big gap between my country and developed countries in the preservation of fresh fruits. In 1996, my country's fresh fruit storage was only 22% of the total fruit output, about 10 million tons, of which cold storage accounted for 50%-60%, while the storage of controlled atmosphere cold storage was less than 100,000 tons. The main reason restricting the promotion of air conditioning technology in my country is still economic factors. The economic storage capacity of the air conditioning storage is 1,000 tons. The investment in fixed assets for building a warehouse equivalent to storage per kilogram of storage is about 9 yuan, which is relatively low for fruit and vegetable products and obviously too expensive for China, which has an underdeveloped economy.
